Indiana Senator Mike Bohacek introduced two bills to decriminalize marijuana possession and change DUI laws. Possession of one ounce or less of marijuana would be decriminalized. The bill also aims to change the current law which is based on a blood test and not on a physical test. Governor Eric Holcomb previously stated he will not sign any legislation involving marijuana until the federal government takes action first.
