The Spring Indiana property tax installment is due May 10th. The bills were mailed out the landholders on Friday.
The fall installment will be due November 13th.
Property tax payments should be made to your county treasurer.
If you fail to pay property taxes by the due date, a penalty will be applied.
For those who pay the tax within 30 days of the due date and do not owe back taxes on the same property, the penalty is 5 percent of the unpaid tax.
If payment is not made within 30 days, the penalty increases to 10 percent of the unpaid tax.
