… And Just in Time– Work-Release Inmates Move Today to New Facility Following Water Leak

More than a hundred men and women were released from the Knox County Community Corrections Center near the beginning of April.
All Community Corrections’ offenders were sent home with GPS ankle monitors.
Officials say it was the result of a major water leak, leaving the building with no water.
The new Community Corrections Center opens today; offenders released will be required to return to the new facility today.
An open house for the new Community Corrections Facility was held at the site yesterday.
