Initial Hearing Set Tomorrow in Drug-Dealing Case

An initiat hearing is set for tomorrow for a Bicknell man accused of dealing in over 28 grams of a controlled substance.
35 year-old Robert Bagley was arrested Monday for the drug dealing warrant, along with legal drug deception, and possession of a controlled substance. The incident allegedly happened in mid to late September; the warrant was filed against him on October 9th.
He is being held in the Knox County Jail on 50-thousand dollars cash bond.
