Vincennes Man Charged With Animal Abuse, Intimidation Charges

Vincennes Police arrested a Vincennes man overnight following his discovery on South Sixth Street.
41 year-old Shane Snider is charged with criminal recklessness with a deadly weapon; animal cruelty; and intimidation. He was booked into the Knox County Jail on ten-thousand dollars bond.
