A Temporary Break in the Bitter Cold Comes This Weekend

Bitterly cold conditions have pushed the temperature to near or below zero in many areas. Even with the bitterly cold conditions, it still isn’t yet to the point where a excessive cold advisory would be issued by the National Weather Service.
