The Knox County Veterans’ Service Administration reminds all veterans to remember their health insurance benefits. Veterans’ Service coordinator Marty Qualkenbush believes many of the County’s 31-hundred veterans aren’t taking advantage of this benefit. Qualkenbush knows there are various reasons why veterans—and especially younger vets—aren’t using the V-A clinic benefit.
