Vincennes Man Charged on Attempted Rape, Child Solicitation Charges

      Washington Police arrested a Vincennes man Monday for Attempted Rape, Sexual Misconduct with a Minor, Child Solicitation, Sexual Battery, and Dissemination of Matter Harmful to a Minor.
      36-year-old Semsair Paul is being held without bond in the Daviess County Security Center.
