Even with their kennels full, the Vincennes Animal Shelter is busy caring for over 20 more dogs they took as part of a southeast Illinois hoarding incident.
Shelter director Leah Raigen says the current work with the dogs is to ensure they are getting along with the other dogs in the Shelter.
