KC Commissioners Approve Paving Bid for CCMG Funding

The Knox County Commissioners have approved E and B Paving’s bid for this year’s Community Crossings Matching Grant—or C-C-M-G—funding. The approved bid from E and B is just over 2.2 million dollars. E and Be had the lower of two bids; the other quote was KC from Milestone Contracting; their bid was just under 2.6 million dollars.
The E and B paving contract was recommended by County Highway Superintendent Matt Holden. The successful bid means E and B will do paving this year for both Knox County, and for the City of Vincennes.
