So far, two torhadoes have spun up and caused damage in this area so far this spring. The first was an EF-2 in eastern Gibson, Pike, and eastern Daviess Counties. Earlier this month, a surprise EF-1 twister hit a portion of Princeton.
National Weather Service forecaster Andrew White says so far this year, statewide, this has been a record year for tornadoes.
Easter weekend may also bring some rain, as another frontal boundary moves into the area. That could cause some rain to stick around into early next week, and could cause some flooding concerns.
