KCPL to Start New Strategic Plan

The Knox County Public Library Board heard a timeline yesterday for a updzted Library strategic plan. The plan will kick off with Phase One; that will include surveys, one on one interviews, and community conversations. The plan was laid out by Library planning consultant Pam Seabolt.
All those plans will start in the near future. The first phase is part of an information gathering session to make improvements for the Librayr’s service to its community.
