Planned Power Outage Set in Part of Washington Today

      Washington Municipal Utilities says it will have a Planned Power Outage today, affecting residents on Axtel Avenue from Southeast 11th to Mill Streets.
      A line crew will be replacing high voltage lines.
      The work should take about four hours to complete.
      If weather conditions are unsuitable, the work will be rescheduled.
