Report of Shots Fired Leads to Criminal Recklessness Arrest

A Vincennes man was arrested yesterday in relation with a report of shots fired at a Vincennes residence.
Authorities arrested Jeremy Penrod on a single charge of criminal recklessness with a deadly weapon. Reports say the incident happened yesterday morning.

Penrod has bonded out of the Knox County Jail. Authorities continue to investigate the incident.
