A Jasonville man was arrested on a warrant last week for an August second fatal crash at Jackson and Oak Streets in Hymera. 18-year-old Daylan Near is facing felony charges of Reckless Homicide and Criminal Recklessness.
68-year-old Decker House of Hymera, who had been entrapped in his vehicle, was taken to a local hospital where he later died.
