Christmas Commutes Happening with Lower Gas Prices

The Christmas week commute right now will cost you much less than it did last Christmas season.
      The Triple-A Motor Club says the average price of gas in Indiana on Sunday was $2.78 a gallon, 2¢ lower than Saturday and 34¢ lower than a year ago. Vincennes prices have stayed steady, with many selling gas below 2-70 a gallon.
      Triple-A says the average price of diesel fuel in Indiana on Sunday was $3.77 a gallon, 12¢ higher than a year ago.
      And the average EV charging price in Indiana on Sunday was 39¢ per kilowatt hour, the same as Saturday and 1¢ higher than Sunday’s national average.
