Vincennes Lincoln beat South Knox 4-3 after taking the lead late in the game. The game was tied at three in the top of the seventh when Emma Cunningham singled, scoring one run. South Knox were the first to get on the board in the second when Kadie Lafferty doubled, scoring one run. Grace Archer, Braelyn Gladish Lexi Baily all had runs and Jaclyn Miller earned the win for Vincennes Lincoln High School. The starting pitcher allowed 12 hits and three runs (two earned) over seven innings, striking out seven and walking one. Vincennes Lincoln High School will travel to Southridge Varsity Raiders for their next game on Monday.
Kenna Rehwald pitched a complete game for south knox giving up 4 runs, 3 earned. Lorelai Davis went 2-4 with a double. Makayla Carie went 1-3 scoring 2 runs. Maycie Linneweber had 2 hits. Cala Charleston and Cadie Goss each added a hit. South knox’s Next game is Wednesday at home against Robinson.
