The Triple A Motor Club says the state’s average price on Friday was $4.80 per gallon, 38¢ higher than Thursday and 41¢ higher than Friday’s national average of $4.39 per gallon.
It was also $1.09 higher than a week ago, 83¢ higher than a month ago, and $1.55 higher than a year ago.
Meanwhile Triple-A says the average price of diesel fuel in Indiana on Friday was $5.79 a gallon, 29¢ higher than Thursday and 61¢ higher than a week ago.
It was also 61¢ higher than a month ago and $2.20 higher than a year ago.
And the average EV charging price in Indiana on Friday was 42¢ per kilowatt hour, the same as Thursday and the same as Friday’s national average.
