Jeff Ellington has been declared the winner in the 39th District Republican nomination for State Senate. Ellington defeated both Tanner Bouchie and Kristi Risk for the nomination, gathering 46 percent of the vote.
Ellington was one of a number of State Senate nominees specifically endorsed by President Donald Trump in this election. The President got involved due to Indiana’s failure to approve mid-term redistricting.
