Matt Hoffman takes the contested race for Knox County Commissioner, defeating Fourth District Knox County Councilman Rich Chattin by 317 votes. Hoffman says he is ready to serve all the citizens of Knox County. Hoffman will represent the North Knox area on the Board of Commissioners. Even though he was elected by the whole county, Hoffman confirms his love for his native North Knox area.
At this time, Hoffman is unopposed for the November general election. If he is elected in November, he will join Tim Ellerman the Second and T-J Brink on the Board of Commissioners.
