A Pike County Grand Jury indicted a Kentucky man in a fatal March 3rd crash on State Road 57.
A 17-year-old driver died in the near head-on collision.
State Police said 19-year-old Justin Nunez Solis of Sebree, Kentucky, caused the crash by crossing the center line into an oncoming vehicle.
Prosecutors said the Grand Jury returned true bills on two Level 5 felony charges: driving without ever receiving a valid license resulting in death and reckless homicide.
Solis was arrested Thursday in Webster County, Kentucky, and remains jailed pending extradition to Indiana.
