Indiana State Police arrested a Vincennes woman over the weekend following an accident at State Roads 67 and 550 in Bruceville.
Officers investigated an accident involving 34 year-old Jastin Smith. No details of the accident have been released, but Smith was arrested on charges of operating with intoxicated causing serious bodily injury, and neglect of a dependent. She was also charged on a warrant concerning a October 2025 case from Knox Superior Court Two.
Smith is being held without bond in the Knox County Jail.
