Indiana will receive $120 million in federal funds to improve rural health care, maternal care and the health care workforce.
The Rural Health Transformation Program will support projects across eight state regions.
Funds will expand prenatal and postpartum care, mobile clinics, behavioral health, workforce training and rural patient transportation.
It will also address diabetes and obesity through produce prescriptions, tailored meals and telehealth nutrition.
