Indiana State Police arrested a Vincennes woman this morning following a traffic stop at 11th and College in Vincennes.
Officers stopped the vehicle driven by 51 year-old Angela Shoulders. During the stop, authorities claim that she was driving while intoxicated.
Shoulders was booked into the Knox County Jail on four-thousand dollars bond.
A Bicknell man turned himself in last night on various outstanding charges dating back to earlier this year.
33 year-old Jacob Stewart faces charges of driving as a habitual traffic offender, leaving the scene of an accident, and false informing. The warrant against Stewart was filed last month in Knox Superior Court Two.
He is being held without bond in the Knox County Jail.
