The City fo Vincennes has accepted a deed of dedication for the Broadway Place subdivision project near Twelfth and Broadway. The new development will contain two houses and nine duplexes, for a total of 20 units on that property.
Developer Mark Gerkin says one house is already in place, with the others coming soon. The Broadway Place project is part of a City initiative to improve and increase its housing stock to attract new families into Vincennes.
