The official leaf collection in Vincennes will begin in about ten days’ time across the City of Vincennes. Normally, the collection will cover the City in two rounds, with the first targeting various neighborhoods systematically.
Vincennes Mayor Joe Yochum reminds you to pile your leaves at curbside. With recent rains in the area, the Mayor also urges help in keeping already fallen leaves from clogging up the City’s storm drains.
Clogged drains can cause water backups on City streets, especially during heavier rains.
