Vincennes Police arrested a Vincennes man yesterday following a call to the corner of 16th and Kavanaugh.
Officers found 54 year-old Michael Kimmel in possession of both methamphetamine and drug-related paraphernalia. Kimmel was booked into the Knox County Jail on five-thousand dollars bond.

Officers found 27 year-old Trevor Manley allegedly involved in a domestic battery at the location. Manley is being held without bond in the Knox County Jail.
