The U-S-D-A Farm Service Agency is encouraging agricultural producers to vote in the 2018 County Committee Elections.
County Committees serve as a direct link between agricultural communities across the country and U-S-D-A.
They are composed of three to 11 members who serve three-year terms.
Farmers who are elected to serve apply their judgment and knowledge to help with the decisions necessary to administer F-S-A programs, ensuring the needs of local producers are met.
Ballots for the 2018 elections were mailed to eligible voters the week of November 5th.
If you did not receive your ballot by mail, you can pick one up at your local F-S-A office.
Ballots must be returned or postmarked no later than December 3rd.
