Vincennes Police arrested an Oaktown man following a traffic stop in Vincennes.
Officers stopped a vehicle driven by 30 year-old David Haviland. During the stop, authorities found Haviland was driving while suspended. A further search turned up drug paraphernalia in his possession.
Haviland was booked into the Knox County Jail on four-thousand dollars bond.
