The Vincennes Lincoln boys basketball team ran into a buzz saw at Evansville Memorial last night as the host Tigers raced out to a 29-7 first quarter lead and never looked back in handing the Alices a 87-65 loss. The 12-9 Tigers were led by 27 points from Cade Graham.
The Alices had five players score in double figures, Isaac Lane had 14 points, Ethan Bushey tossed in 12_ Brody Ruggles dropped in 11. Torrance Gillis and Hunter Hopwood added 10 each. The loss drops Lincoln to 8-13.
Memorial took the JV game 52-42.
The Alices play tonight at Adams Coliseum against Gibson Southern. JV begins at 6:30 with Varsity play at 8.
