The City of Bicknell, barring any changes by noon today, will be an election free zone. According to the Knox County Clerk’s Office, Thomas Estabrook will serve another term as Mayor while Gary Byrer will serve as town judge. Rebacca Nickess will serve as the new Bicknell Clerk-Treasurer as Becky McGlone chose to not seek re-election. On the Bicknell City Council, Rod Mullins, Richard “Butch” Byrer, John Vendes, and Wally Cullen will be re-elected to new terms. The only change on the board will be in District 3 as Tim Miller will take over for Tom Gugliotta, who did not seek re-election.
