The Indiana Department of Transportation is planning seal coat operations near Graysville to start within the next week. The work on State Road 154 is planned to start on Monday, September 9th.
The work will be on State Road 154 from the State Road 63 intersection west to the Illinois State line. INDOT crews will repair the road with stone, and then seal the section. The work will provide a new driving surface, and extend the life of the existing pavement.
The work is expected to last through the week, weather permitting. Local traffic will have access to the point of closure. Drivers using that area are reminded to use a different route while crews are making the needed fixes.
