Knox County Volleyball Teams Make It A Clean Sweep Thursday

The Vincennes Lincoln volleyball team remained unbeaten after downing host wood memorial in three sets, 25-13, 25-15, 25-11. For 12 and oh Lincoln, Darrian Carmean had 19 kills, Maycee Lange had 18, Callie Foster had 38 assists and Kali Haynes had 19 digs. The JV improved to 4-1 with a 25-14, 25-16 win over Wood Memorial.

The Vincennes Rivet volleyball team downed host Evansville Christian in three sets, 25-14, 25-18, 25-19. April Tripp had 12 points, Macee Hamilton had 11 points and 12 digs, Kenadee Frey had 10 points, Hannah Schnieder had 13 assists and Lauren Carie and Bella Atkinson had 9 kills each. Rivet is now 5-7.

The South Knox volleyball team defeated North Central in four sets, 25-21, 12-25, 25-20, 25-21. Lauren Loudermilk had 12 assists, Leah Ellerman 15 digs, Mallory Obermeyers had 28 digs and Hannah Ivers had 13 kills and 20 digs. The South Knox JV won in three sets, 22-25, 25-23, 15-11.

The North Knox volleyball team won in three sets over Eastern Greene, 25-20, 25-22, 25-16. Emilee Organ had 14 kills, Mallory Earhart had 10 points and 8 assists, Hannah Saucerman had 9 points and 13 digs. The JV is now 4 and oh after a 25-17, 25-16 win.
